PROGRAM OVERVIEW
QAS Champions’ Club is an incentive program designed to reward and recognize Service Center Managers (SCM) who achieve specific metrics at their location, as well as Area Managers and Market Managers.
PROGRAM PERIOD
The program period runs from January 1, 2024—December 31, 2024. Final performance results will be reported in January 2025, with the travel award taking place in April 2025.
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
Service Center Managers at Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations owned by the Quality Automotive Services franchise group are eligible to participate in the Champions’ Club. SCMs must be employed for at least 6 months to be eligible.
Area Managers, Market Managers and Directors of Operations are eligible, as well.
REGISTRATION
Eligible SCMs and AMs must register to confirm participation in the program. Complete registration by providing contact information for program communications.
SERVICE CENTER MANAGER EARNING METRICS
A Service Center Manager (SCM) qualifies for the travel award upon achieving 75% of the possible points in the 2024 program year. At calendar year end, SCMs can earn up to 6% in bonus percentage points for achieving exceptional year end milestones.
Annual metric bonus percentage points are added to an SCM’s final percentage of monthly points achieved. For example, if an SCM earned 73% of their possible monthly points and 2 of the annual bonus point categories, their final score would be 75%, therefore meaning they qualified for the 2024 Champions’ Club travel award.
An SCM must be with their store for at least 15 days in the month to earn credit. If an SCM switches stores within a month, their performance will be based on the store they were at for 15 or more days in the month.

AREA MANAGER EARNING METRICS
An Area Manager (AM) qualifies for the travel award upon achieving 75% of the possible points in the 2024 program year for their assigned area’s locations. At calendar year end, AMs can earn up to 6% in bonus percentage points for achieving exceptional year end milestones.
Annual metric bonus percentage points are added to an AM’s final percentage of monthly points achieved. For example, if an AM earned 71% of their possible monthly points and 4 of the annual bonus point categories, their final score would be 75%, therefore meaning they qualified for the 2024 Champions’ Club travel award.

MARKET MANAGER EARNING METRICS
A Market Manager (MM) qualifies for the travel award upon achieving 75% of the possible points in the 2024 program year for their assigned market’s locations. At calendar year end, MMs can earn up to 6% in bonus percentage points for achieving exceptional year end milestones.
Annual metric bonus percentage points are added to an MM’s final percentage of monthly points achieved. For example, if a MM earned 74% of their possible monthly points and 3 of the annual bonus point categories, their final score would be 77%, therefore meaning they qualified for the 2024 Champions’ Club travel award.

Qualifying SCMs, Area Managers and Market Managers win the Champions’ Club travel award for themselves plus one guest. Directors of Operations will attend the travel award as a host for their team; they have one guest included as well.
Travel award includes round trip airfare, transfers to/from port, sea view accommodations, meals and basic beverages aboard the cruise ship, as well as best practices dialogue with peers, bragging rights and more. The group travel event will not be taxable as business meetings will take place.
Please note: If qualifying SCM, AM or MM chooses not to accept the travel award, the trip will be forfeited. Travel awards are non-transferable and cannot be substituted with an alternative reward.
Each month, SCMs will be notified via a program email newsletter about their point earnings for the previous month. To ensure delivery of these communications, please add help@qaschampsclub.com to your email contacts list.
AM, MM and Director of Operations will be provided with monthly reporting for all locations’ performances.
- Participants in the QAS Champions’ Club must be residents of the United States of America.
- Participants must be a regular, full-time QAS employee in good standing to be eligible for the travel award.
- Participants must have been in their role for at least 6 months to be eligible for the travel award.
- Participants who voluntarily leave or are terminated prior to the trip are not eligible to receive the Champions’ Club travel award.
- Rewards earned may not be substituted for any other reward options.
- If a Champions’ Club qualifier chooses not to accept the travel award, no alternative award will be given, and the trip will be forfeited.
- The travel award is non-transferable.
- All travel award attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
- All information pertaining to the Champions’ Club incentive program should be treated as company confidential and not shared with parties outside of Quality Automotive Services, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, or Champions’ Club Support.
- Any violations of the rules above or attempts to circumvent the process will automatically disqualify the participant from this and any future incentive programs.
- This Champions’ Club sales contest is being run at the discretion of QAS and does not constitute a contract of any kind. QAS management may choose to alter or cancel the program at any time without notice.
- QAS reserves the right to change or modify program rules, regulations, requirements or reward options for the Champions’ Club or cancel this program in its entirety at any time, without prior notice.
